In May of 2002, the University of Texas at Arlington awarded Nortex Modular
Space the construction of a 60' x 155' Modular Classroom building and a
59' x 72' Modular Faculty Building on a three-year lease contract and on a
turn-key basis including all utility connections. The buildings feature a
masonry exterior, bifold automatic, commerical glass exterior doors, fire alarm,
nine foot interior ceilings, ten foot hallways, restrooms and concrete decks,
steps and ramps. Nortex is completing the project on a turnkey basis. See
