Engineered plans take about 7-10 days after approval of the construction plans by customer. Nortex is not responsible for any kind of site movement, settlement of the building or the cost of repairs related to these incidences.

Substantial Completion: Customer shall accept the building and provide a punch list to Nortex immediately (within 24 hours) upon notification by Nortex to customer that the work is substantially complete. Substantial completion shall be when all building units are installed on the customers location and Nortex has completed the basic setup and finish out. Any deficiencies shall be noted on the punch list, including those that are general in nature, and Nortex shall immediately take steps to repair and/or replace any item that is noted on the punch list. Customer will have accepted the building and will have the right to install furniture, telephones etc during this time period, assuming all financial obligations have been met. Completion shall be defined as the time when the punch list is complete to customer's satisfaction. Occupancy of the building of any kind by customer (including utility connection or installation of furniture or telcom systems) is defined as substantial completion and a punch list must be provided by customer and progress payment made to Nortex in accordance with the contract.
