Semi-permanent modular construction is the answer for many of our customers. With central hallways and restrooms, we maximum use of land and address many life safety issues making our modular products very desirable. The masonry exterior that we apply makes our buildings blend in with any existing school campus.
See our most recent project for a major University in Arlington, Texas. The classroom building (there are two buildings including a faculty office that is 5,000 square feet) is 10,000 square feet and features automatic bifold, commercial steel exterior doors, a ten foot interior hallway, and restrooms. All decks, ramps and steps are poured-in-place concrete with pipe handrails. Nortex is installing this project on a turn-key basis, including a pour-in-place concrete foundation and all utilities.
