Ute Indian Tribe - 2006 Nortex was awarded the turnkey construction of a 120' x 60' modular office
complex in February of 2006. The facility was built and installed within 60 days
and full turnkey construction services were completed in June of 2006. The
project featured stucco exterior, entry porch built on site, poured-in-place
concrete foundation, roof top HVAC installation, extension of electrical and
plumbing connections from main facility, concrete sidewalks and ramps, metal
pipe handrails and an asphalt parking lot complete with striping and concrete
curb and gutter. Nortex Modular Space scope of work included all construction
management services to complete this project from design to completion.
